In case of charge-back raised by the card holder, establishments may choose any/some of the following documents to fight the case -

• Photocopy of the front and back side of used credit card
• Bank statement
• Identity/ Photo Id proof of the customer i.e. Passport/ License copy
• Address proof of the customer i.e. Passport/ License copy
• IP address of the customer
• Order form detailing the product/service details ordered
• User registration details
• Booking/order fulfillment details and communication proof
• Terms & Conditions copy and user acceptance proof
• Phone verification proof
• Call issuer details
• Email communication proof
